The Second Seat is built to be done in a week, so 30 days is time to do it four times over. Here is the whole policy, plainly.
The guarantee
Take the seven days and build your blueprint. If your company is not clearer, more documented, and closer to running without you than it was a week ago, email eric@secondleader.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund every dollar. You keep the workbook for your trouble.
How to request one
Send an email from the address you purchased with, or include it, so we can find your order. No forms, no phone tree, no exit interview. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens after
Your course access ends when the refund is issued. The workbook you downloaded is yours to keep.
