These terms govern your purchase and use of The Second Seat: A 7-Day Creation Blueprint (the "Course"), sold by Second Leader ("we," "us") at secondleader.com. Buying or using the Course means you agree to these terms.
The Course is a digital product: eight self-paced modules with fill-in templates that assemble into the Operator's Creation Blueprint workbook. The price is a one-time payment shown at checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access and use the Course for yourself and for the company you work in, including every future update to the Course. It does not grant the right to resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the Course or your access link. Your access link is your key; treat it like one.
Access is delivered by email within a few minutes of purchase. If it does not arrive, check spam, then email eric@secondleader.com and we will get you in. We may update, improve, or restructure Course content over time; your access continues through such changes.
The Course carries a 30-day guarantee, described in full in the refund policy. In short: take the seven days and build it, and if your company is not clearer and closer to running without you, email us inside 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You keep the workbook.
The Course teaches an operating framework and gives you working templates. It does not guarantee any business outcome, revenue result, or role change. Those depend on your company, your seat, and the work you actually do. Nothing in the Course is legal, financial, or accounting advice.
The "7 Days of Creation" business framework originates with Keith Craft and is taught in the Course from the operator's perspective, with permission. Course content, templates, and design are the intellectual property of Second Leader or its licensors.
Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or copy Course content for redistribution, or use the Course to build a competing product. We may suspend access used in ways this section prohibits, and we will contact you first when practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page. Questions: eric@secondleader.com.
